When you train Xing Yi Quan it changes you in ways many people don’t even realize because strengthening your mind and builds not only your core strenth, but it also builds your character.  The health benefits of Xing Yi are well documented and it flat out improves it.  But what many people don’t know is that benefits of Xing Yi practice improve the mind in ways that may be unexpected.  Many Xing Yi practitioners report the ability to attain goals and acheive greater success after practicing Xing Yi. This is hard to quantify, but many proponents of the art clam the San Ti practice makes their mind so strong that they just keep going in the face of any obstacle.
